By downloading, installing, or using SingLink, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this application.

2. Service Description

SingLink is a client application that provides:

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use SingLink in compliance with all applicable laws
• Provide your own server credentials
• Not use the service for illegal activities
• Respect the terms of your server provider

4. Prohibited Activities

You must NOT:

• Reverse engineer or decompile the application
• Use the app to harm others or networks
• Distribute malware or conduct attacks
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Attempt to bypass security measures

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in SingLink belongs to SingLink Team. This includes the application code (15,000+ lines of original code), user interface design, proprietary technology (Fast Start™ Engine), and the SingLink trademark.

The app uses open source components under their respective licenses, including network optimization engines under Apache License 2.0.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

SingLink is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee error-free operation, compatibility with all servers, or permanent feature availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use SingLink. Since the app is free, maximum liability is limited to $0.

8. Third-Party Services

When you use third-party servers: servers are operated by third parties, service quality and privacy policies are set by operators, and we are not responsible for third-party server actions.

We recommend carefully choosing trustworthy server providers and reviewing their privacy policies.

9. Age Requirements

SingLink is rated for ages 3 and above.

For children under 13: Parents or guardians should supervise use and are responsible for all app configuration and network settings.

Parental Guidance: While the app is suitable for all ages, parents should ensure children understand appropriate and safe internet use.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
